Ron is responsible for both software and hardware support including repair, installation, and onsite and remote troubleshooting. He supports the end-user community by suggesting and teaching more effective methods of using installed applications while providing custom reporting and queries. Ron has worked in the IT field for more than nine years. He has also served as a pastor for six years in North Carolina and maintains a strong Christian life and belief system.
