The Mission Society provides global missionary support through missionary recruiting, missionary training and equipping church leaders and others to lead international and short-term mission trips. Based in Norcross, GA, The Mission Society was originally formed to support Methodist missionaries, but now works with a variety of Wesleyan denominations offering missionary training, missionary seminars, missionary workshops and church leadership training throughout the United States and around the world.

Ed and Linda Baker have served with The Mission Society since 2000. During their ten years in Latin America they brought the gift of clean, abundant water and shared the gospel of Jesus Christ to over 35 communities. In 2011, they began a new ministry as the co-directors of the Global Resource Team (GRT) and as the Water and Sanitation Team Leaders of the GRT. The GRT is a ministry of The Mission Society comprised of specialists who support field missionaries, indigenous churches or other groups around the world. Ed and Linda live in the Atlanta, Georgia area and spend about 50% of their time traveling on global projects.
