Dr. Buenting works with Youth With A Mission's International Communications Network (YWAM ICN). She is based in Colorado Springs and travels the globe extensively to develop communication missionaries. This includes teaching on a variety of communication topics, helping lead communication consultations, supporting various communication initiatives and helping lead YWAM's ICN ministry.

She is especially interested in the role of communication in holistic development and the role of the church in seeing "His kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven."
