The Mission Society provides global missionary support through missionary recruiting, missionary training and equipping church leaders and others to lead international and short-term mission trips. Based in Norcross, GA, The Mission Society was originally formed to support Methodist missionaries, but now works with a variety of Wesleyan denominations offering missionary training, missionary seminars, missionary workshops and church leadership training throughout the United States and around the world.

Julie Campbell

Julie served as a social worker for twenty-three years before becoming a missionary to Kenya, where she spent three years. In Kenya she worked in a private Kenyan Christian children's home, served as a temporary pastor in a rural village church, and planted a church in a Masai/Kalenjin region. Julie joins The Mission Society team in Kenya to work with AIDS orphans through "Life for Children Ministry" in Kisumu, near Lake Victoria. She will do some local evangelism, discipleship for orphans and their families, and plant a church. She departed for Kenya on Wednesday, April 18, 2007.
