The Mission Society provides global missionary support through missionary recruiting, missionary training and equipping church leaders and others to lead international and short-term mission trips. Based in Norcross, GA, The Mission Society was originally formed to support Methodist missionaries, but now works with a variety of Wesleyan denominations offering missionary training, missionary seminars, missionary workshops and church leadership training throughout the United States and around the world.

Esaho organizes and trains pastors and their spouses, evangelists, and lay preachers. He organizes and leads seminars for men, women, youth, and children and provides counseling to church leaders. Esaho also works closely with mentally challenged, mentally emotional and handicapped children and especially with people affected by the HIV virus and their families.

Beatrice serves West Africa/Francophone as the coordinator of women, children and youth activities.

The Kipukes opened a new field for The Mission Society in Togo.
