The Russells currently live and serve in Wa, Ghana.

John is a Pastor/ Evangelist with the Wa Circuit/ Church with the Dagara, Wali, and Lobi tribes.  He preaches, plants churches, and holds Bible Study and devotions.  He also helps and leads devotions at the Wa School for the Blind.  Efforts are also made to build relationships with and demonstrate the Gospel to Muslims in the Wa area.  Bess homeschools Isaac, cares for the family, and medically treats people in villages around Wa with First Aid.  Isaac (8) enjoys visiting villages, playing outside, and catching frogs and Rachel (4) enjoys playing "house" and on the "playground".
