Roger is a missions mobilizer, serving the local church through the gifts of teaching and mentoring.  

"The local church is God's chosen instrument for global evangelization.  Thus, getting Christians out of the pew...into their neighborhoods, and around the world is vital for the advancemnet of the gospel and spiritual welfare of the local church.  Every believer is under the Jesus' mandate, 'Go, and make disciples...you are to be my witnesses' here, there, and everywhere."   

Roger's passion is training pastors and church leaders to more effectively fulfill their role in the Great Commission. He challenges and encourages Christians to discover and achieve their God-given, unique destiny. He then guides leaders in the dynamic process of increasing their vision and passion for reaching "lost" individuals and people groups with the love of God in Christ.
